CENTRIFUGE THE SPECIMEN WITHIN ONE HOUR OF COLLECTION AND FREEZE THE SERUM WITHIN 2 HOURS OF COLLECTION.

NB Please do NOT reject a specimen that is not collected on ice.
If a specimen is not centrifuged within 1 hour of collection or frozen within 2 hours - please do NOT ask for a recollection.
