Therapeutic Ranges (pre-dose):

  Heart Transplantation

  Levels < 6 months post-transplant:    10 - 15 ug/L

  Levels >/= 6  months post-transplant: 5 - 10 ug/L 


  LungTransplantation

  Levels < 12 months post-transplant:    9 - 14 ug/L

  Levels >/= 12 months post-transplant: 7 - 10 ug/L

  

 Bone Marrow Transplantation
  Levels post-transplant:                       5—10 ug/L

 

 Renal Transplantation - Trough levels

 (in high risk patients, higher levels may be targeted 

  on discussion with renal consultant)

  Levels < 3 months post-transplant:    5 - 10 ug/L

  Levels 3 - 6  months post-transplant: 4 - 8 ug/L

  Levels > 6 months post-transplant:   4 - 6 ug/L
