DO NOT send for both myeloid NGS and MPN panel concurrently. If there is uncertainty about which test is required, contact Lab Haematology registrar.

Do not send JAK2 and MPN panel request concurrently. MPN panel contains JAK2 hence there is no need to send for JAK2 if MPN panel had been requested.
