Liase with Haematology Registrar before collection.
Specimens must be kept at room temperature and must be less than 24hours old.
Specimens should be sent to the Haematology Laboratory on Mondays to Thursdays between 0900-1700 hrs. | Need 9mL of Blood or 1-2mL of Bone Marrow (EDTA).
Specimens must be kept at room temperature and must be less than 24hours old - DO NOT FREEZE. Samples must be received in RPAH lab within 48 hours of collection.
Specimens should be collected on alternate Tuesdays, to be sent to the RPAH lab on the next day Wednesday interstate courier. Liase with the Haematology Registrar before collecting. |
