Registration: Add-on test to a biopsy accession. Registration is performed by Anatomical Pathology.

Authorisation: Pathologist requested test. The pathologist will indicate if FISH or PCR is the preferred method of analysis.

Resulting: Test results will be incorporated into a supplementary biopsy report issued by the pathologist.

1x H&E with area of interst marked or provide an additional unstained slide for a H&E

A copy of the biopsy report and a signed request or referral letter from the pathologist.

1 x tumour block selected by the pathologist.
