Specimen to be collected on Tuesday ONLY and received at NPV by 10:00 to ensure interstate travel overnight

Westmead Requisition and Service Agreement Form MUST be completed and sent with specimen

The requesting doctor MUST BOOK THIS TEST IN ADVANCE with the Westmead Laboratory (02) 9845 3302. Confirmation of booking must be recorded on the request.

Specimen must arrive at the referral laboratory within 24-36 hours of collection

Transport Instructions:

Room Temperature

Specimens must be kept at room temperature at all times (even brief periods of cooling or freezing will alter results).
