Collection & Request Instructions

Collect 2 x 6 ml lithium heparin tues and rubber band the tubes together.  Freeze BOTH the WHOLE TUBES IMMEDIATELY.  DO NOT spin or separate.  For paediatric collections it is acceptable to only collect one tube.
